Trends in Retail Banking meeting in Mumbai

Efma, a leading non-profit retail banking association, is organizing a cocktail briefing at Four Seasons Hotel on Wednesday 20 March 2013 starting 4.30 pm.

This will be a special opportunity for senior executives from leading Indian banks to discuss best practices in retail financial services globally. Topics to be covered are operational efficiency, innovation, channel management, customer service and experience, marketing and sales.

This will be the opportunity for Efma to share with senior bankers all best practices gathered recently and that might be relevant for the Indian market. It will also be a way fort the global financial association to learn from senior Indiand bankers what hottest issues they have their agenda.
