The New India Assurance Company inaugurates branch at Salalah, Oman

The New India Assurance (NIA) Company has recently inaugurated its Salalah branch at Athal House, Building No 252, 23rd July Street, Opposite Bank Muscat, Salalah, Oman to serve the general public in an elegant manner and closely reach the customers.

 

The new branch office was inaugurated by Majid Abdul Rahim Jaafer al Bahrani, Chairman of Abdul Aziz & Brothers and Majid Group of Companies, in the presence of Dr K P Sebastian, chief operating officer. The New India Assurance Company, Oman Operations, I M Jacob, general manager, Wilson Raj, chief financial officer, Abdul Aziz & Brothers and Majid Group of Companies. The inaugural ceremony was also attended by special guests and valued customers.

 

In the inaugural address, Bahrani expressed confidence that with the customer-friendly attitude, the company will attain further heights in the Oman general insurance market in the days to come.

 

Dr Sebastian expressed gratitude to His Majesty the Sultan and the people of Oman for accepting NIA as the preferred insurer of Oman and allowing the company to be the best of the top foreign insurance companies operating in the country. According to Dr Sebastian, a customer service portal will soon be started to enable nationals and expats avail and renew their policies online.
