Ahmedabad Rath Yatra insured Rs 1.5 crore

 

 

 

 

The Annual Jagannath Rath Yatra at Ahmedabad has been insured Rs 1.5 crore this year up from Rs 1 crore last year.

 

 

The insurance has covered the entire route of the Rath Yatra and has provided protection to the yatra against crowd related violence. Millions assemble every year to seek the blessings of Lord Jagannath, Subhadra and Balaram on the day of the Yatra. The  Gujarat Police had made elaborate police arrangement
