Motor Accident claim

A motor accident claims tribunal has awarded over Rs. 16 lakh to the mother of a 30-year-old man killed in an accident involving a truck in Delhi three years ago. The United India Insurance Company limited has been asked to pay the amount. But the counsel for the insurance firm claimed that Surjeet was riding pillion on a bike with his friend who was drunk at the time of accident.
