Max Life appointed lead insurer for Uttar Pradesh

Max Life Insurance Company Ltd. has been designated as the "Lead Insurer" for Uttar Pradesh by the IRDAI. This move is part of IRDAI's State Insurance Plan to promote financial awareness and insurance inclusion.

Max Life aims to increase awareness and accessibility of affordable insurance coverage in Uttar Pradesh through digital insurance awareness activities in Chandauli and Varanasi, the company said. They plan to extend similar initiatives to other districts in the next six months, including those under the Government of India's 'Aspirational Districts Programme.'
