According to a labor ministry statement, about 22,544 new establishments were registered and placed within the ESIC's social security program in September, guaranteeing greater coverage.

According to the data, out of the 18.88 lakh new employees that were added during the month, 9.06 lakh of them are under the age of 25, making up 47.98 percent of all new registrations. This indicates that more positions have been created for the younger generation.
