Bajaj Allianz joins hands with Citibank for product distribution

Bajaj Allianz has entered into a partnership with Citibank to expand its distribution of its insurance products, such as health, personal accident, motor, home, and travel, along with commercial line of insurance such as property, marine, engineering, to the bank’s customers. Tapan Singhel, MD & CEO, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance said, “We aim to provide insurance solutions customised as per the customer needs. This strategic partnership with Citibank aims at providing relevant insurance products, and reach customers through our unique digital initiatives.” The bank stated that this partnership with the insurance company is built around the strategy to offer health and asset protection for their clients. “Further enriching the client experience, BAGIC’s digital capabilities support servicing and help our clients select relevant policies,” commenting on the development, Sharad Mohan, head of retail bank, Citibank said.
