Mr. Dhawan brings to the table unique perspective and depth of experience by the virtue of working with the insurance industry in India as well as other key markets in Asia for over a decade. He played a pivotal role in the success of Premier Agency for AIA, a strategic initiative to enhance the high standards of the sales force by taking them through a fast track route to Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) membership.
