Re: Reconstitution of Reinsurance Advisory Committee

As per provisions under Section 101B of the Insurance Act, 1938 the Authority hereby reconstitutes the Reinsurance Advisory Committee (RAC) with the Chairman and Members as mentioned below:

The DGM (Re-insurance) shall serve as Secretary to the Reinsurance Advisory Committee.

The committee is constituted with immediate effect and the tenure of the committee shall be for a period of three years from the date of publication in the IRDAI website.
