New Experian service ensures financial organisations have accurate and up-to-date customer addresses

Experian Credit Information Company of India Private Limited, the first CICRA licensed credit bureau in India, announced  the launch of Experian Address Updateâ„¢ in India – an innovative address notification service that provides the most recent contact details of customers and an enhancement to the existing credit activity notification product Triggersâ„¢.

With changing consumer addresses being a constant challenge for financial services, insurance and telcos, Experian Address Update™ will benefit both credit and non-credit granting industries that require updated and accurate address information for account correspondence, collections and marketing solicitations.  For the first time, companies in India will be able to maintain seamless contact with their customers as Address Update™ will continuously retrieve the latest customer address details from a pool of different data providers. The data comes from Experian’s extensive credit database which is updated daily from hundreds of financial institutions including leading Public sector, Private sector, Foreign, Co-operative, Regional banks and Non-banking Finance Companies.
