MDRT Names Mumbai Advisor Anand A. Jathan Vice President of its Member Communications Division

Anand A. Jathan, RFC, Cert CII, of Mumbai, India, has been named the 2012–2013 Divisional Vice President (DVP) of Member Communications of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), The Premier Association of Financial Professionals. In this role as DVP, Jathan is part of MDRT’s Management Council, the organization’s governing body.

 

Jathan is a 16-year member of the Round Table with one Top of the Table and one Court of the Table honor. He has served in numerous volunteer positions, most recently as DVP of the Best Practices Division and a member of the MDRT Experience Task Force.

 

As DVP of Member Communications, Jathan oversees three committees representing different regions around the world. The committee members are responsible for monitoring industry activities and involvement in their respective regions, as well as promoting MDRT to members and prospective members worldwide.

They also act as a communication link between MDRT leadership and membership at large. Jathan will also oversee the MDRT Experience Meeting Task Force, which plans programming and secures sponsors for the 2013 MDRT Experience meeting taking place February 21 to 23 in Hyderabad, India.
