J & J liable for faulty implants

Many of those who got operated by corrective surgery due to the faulty device, in case of hip replacement by Johnson & Johnson’s (J&J’s) could soon be entitled to compensation. The government had set up an expert committee two months ago, asking for a thorough investigation.
