Effective and Efficient Management of Health Insurance Portfolio

The Centre For Management Development and Consultancy (MDC) BIMTECH organised a three day Residential Training Program on “Effective and Efficient Management of Health Insurance Portfolio” for senior and middle level executives, at BIMTECH’s Vikramshila Leadership Centre.

K .Krishnan, Prof. Akhil Pandey, Dr. Abhijit Chattoraj, Prof. Manoj Pandey, Prof. Pratik Priyadarshi, Prof. Monika Mittal, all from BIMTECH and Dr. V Ranjan, from Healthcare Management Institute, Pune.

The program was attended by participants from India and Bangladesh. Participants New India Assurance Company, Family Health Plan Insurance TPA, from India and Chartered Life Insurance Company and Guardian Life Insurance both from Bangladesh attended the programme.

The focus of the programme was directed at innovative concepts that were going to affect the health insurance portfolio in days to come. The deliberations were centred aroundon essentials of Medical Knowledge for Business Executives, Medical Underwriting, Health Insurance Regulations, Health Insurance Risk Management & Claims Management, Morbidity, its Dimensions & Measurement, Abuse and Fraud Management, Burden of Disease& Measurementetc.
